Community Outreach
At Kroll Construction, we believe in building relationships with organizations and going the extra mile to help local Michigan communities thrive. Beyond our expert home remodeling services, we are proud to be involved in multiple community outreach programs.
Whether it’s donating our products and services or organizing donation drives, we are happy to do whatever we can to support incredible causes. Here are a few of the charitable programs we have participated in:
Dog Adoption Event At Kroll Construction
On December 2, 2023 Kroll Construction partnered with The Friends of Detroit Animal Care and Control to host a dog adoption event at our office. Kroll sponsored the adoption fees and because of our efforts, seven dogs found homes and two more were adopted the following week as a result of our efforts. The event was a lot of fun and we cooked lunch, gave out prizes and coupons, and helped raise awareness for the shelter. Garden City Food Drive
In July 2023, Kroll Construction helped raise over 600 pounds of food and necessities for the Garden City Home Pantry. The pantry serves Garden City residents and Garden City Public School (GCPS) students & their families in need. Roof Donation
In 2022, we donated all of the materials and labor needed to replace the roof of the non-profit organization Veteran’s Haven in Wayne, MI. Veteran’s Haven provides food, shelter, clothing, and counseling for local Veterans in need. It was our pleasure to replace their leaky roof and help contribute to their wonderful cause.
Winter Clothing Drive
Michigan’s winters can be dangerous if you do not have the proper clothing to keep you warm. In the winter of 2021, we organized a drive for our employees and customers to donate new or gently used winter clothing (including hats, gloves, and coats) to support Mittens for Detroit and local shelters. Mittens for Detroit is a non-profit that distributes mittens and gloves to youths and adults in need throughout Detroit, MI, and surrounding areas.
School Supplies Drive
In the late summer of 2021, Kroll Construction organized a drive for our employees and customers to donate school supplies in support of the Garden City, MI, local school district. Our kids are our future and it is crucial that they have the supplies they need to succeed.
