Our project involved three phases: replacement windows, siding and trim and gutters. Over the weeks it took to compete the work, you kept us apprised of all significant details, coordinated with our schedules as needed, and were personally involved at all critical phases from start to finish.
During the course of the work, as invariably occurs in such projects, a few issues arose. Once notified, you immediately assessed the situation, personally took charge and promptly resolved them to our complete satisfaction. You displayed pride in your work and the integrity to stand behind it. It is clear to Sherrie and me that you deeply care about your company's reputation for quality products and workmanship. Saying you care is one thing, but you proved that you really meant it.

Recently we had your company remodel our bathroom and kitchen. The results were wonderful! We are very pleased with the results.
The person who did the most of our work was Gary Lockwood, with his son Doug, helping with the heavy lifting and painting. We were so glad he did our work! He was quiet, efficient, and very skilled. He did everything - the plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and the tile work. And he did it all very well!
He also was very helpful if we wanted to do something that he knew wouldn't work, and in his unassuming way, would gently suggest it might be better another way, and he was always right! We learned quickly to listen to what he had to say and 99.5% of the time did what he suggested.
We trusted him and Doug completely, and never hesistated to leave them in our home when we went out, knowing he would lock our door on the way out when he left.
When we have more work done, we will only ask for him to do it. We believe he is the best, and that's who we want.

I am writing this letter to let you know that I am and was completely satisfied with my experience with your company. From the beginning with my first contact with Mickey Rosner in September for a new roof to my latest for my remodeled kitchen, which was completed in February of this year.
I am a retiree and from my experience in the work force, I am a firm believer in first impressions. I was impressed with my first contact with Mickey. He was punctual and he did not try and sell me something that I did not need. Since I have great instincts, I was definitely aware of my needs. So when he brought Robert to my home for my kitchen remodeling, I did not have a problem with his recommendation.
Robert introduced me to Gary Lockwood, the workman for the kitchen. I cannot say too much of my experience with Mr Lockwood. He did an excellent job on my kitchen. He was ALWAYS prompt, and he cleaned up daily. He left my kitchen in a ready to use condition. Mr Lockwood was conscientious about his work and he was a perfectionist, which made him an excellent craftsman for his field. I hope that all of your workmen are like him because you will be in business for many decades to come.

This is a letter of recommendation for salesman Robert Ujkaj, who helped me realize a dream of mine to redo to bath and kitchen. I received three quotes for the work that needed to be done. In the three quotes, the salesman would not do the repairs in my bathroom unless I agreed to gut the room. The sink was rusted, removing it could have damaged the surrounding tile. To gut the bathroom would limit the work needed to be done in the kitchen.
When Robert Ujkaj came to my home I told him that I wanted my bathroom sink replaced. He studied the cabinet, sink and tile and thought it could be possible to replace the sink. We went through the kitchen and discussed all the possibilities. As I was thinking about the proposals I asked Robert back to discuss other possibilities. He also brought Gary Lockwood, his workman, over who looked over the bathroom and determined what could be done to this room.
I decided to have Kroll Construction do the work to my home. While the work was being done Robert kept in contact and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Robert's enthusiasm and hands-on approach was very much appreciated. Thanks to Kroll Construction, Robert, and Gary, now I have a beautiful bathroom and kitchen. I want to write to let you know of the exemplary service provided by Kroll Construction during the purchase and installation of my roof.
I contacted Kroll Construction when I noticed that a some water marks in my garage. I called Kroll Construction and requested a home visit to determine next steps. Kroll came out the same day and surveyed the roof. Surprisingly, I was not told that the roof had to be replaced immediately. I was given a truthful answer that the roof was not in great shape and could last another a few more months or longer however there was no guarantee. I decided to move forward and replace the roof.
Kroll Construction ordered the supplies and set up the repair. The employees that Kroll sent to replace the roof were very courteous and professional. They even repaired the gutters which wasn't part of the work order.
The caliber of people you hire and their commitment to customer service is extremely important when making large dollar purchases. I have since referred several people to Kroll Construction. I have no hesitation in recommending Kroll Construction to others.

I had to consider installation of a new roof. The age of my roof and a hole in the roof by a squirrel made me seek a new roof. I had eight roofing company proposals. I made my decision to go with Kroll Construction. I am happy I made that decision. Roy Best and his roofing crew were professionals. In every phase of the tear off of two layers of old roof and installation of a new roof.
If there was a problem in was resolved by the crew. The crew did an excellent clean up job. The roof looks great.
