I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how very pleased I am with the kitchen remodeling project that you team of craftsmen recently completed.
I must admit that I had heard some very distressing comments from people that I work with regarding various projects that they had undertaken with other contractors and how unhappy they were with the quality of workmanship, the finished project, and in some cases the extended period of time that it took to complete the job.
I had converns that starting the remodeling project just three weeks before Thanksgiving might put me in a position of having to find a nice restaurant to take my family to for dinner, but that was not to be. Gary Lockwood and his son showed up on the first day about 8am and they were there every day at the same time. Gary and his son are exceptional individuals and perfectionists in every thing that they did in my home. They made sure that even the smallest details were not overlooked. At the end of the day everything was cleaned up and picked up (there was never any debris left in the house).
I must also say that John (who did the granite) and Dino's team (for the tile floor) were also very efficient. The three crews did a wonderful job in two very short but busy weeks. I would/will recommend your company to anyone I hear talking about home improvement work.

We just wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with the work done on our new and improved kitchen. Once the day came for the work to begin, it went by very fast and in a much more orderly fashion than we expected. We only had to eat out for about a week. We had our new range and refrigerator in by the end of the first week so we could cook a few things - it was great. The only bad part of the whole deal was the week we had without the kitchen sink to wash dishes. We would also like to commend Gary and Ron Lockwood for a job well done. They were both very well organized and put up with all our questions about details here and there. Dear Kroll Construction,
My husband and I decided to do some house remodeling. The remodeling included a new roof, siding, shutters, gutters and leaf guards. We made appointments with a number of companies and received their estimates.
Our last one was with Kroll Construction. Todd Kroll came out as the company representative. He offered us a number of different options. After a relaxing visit, Art and I went off my ourselves to discuss the proposals. We came back with a YES and signed a Kroll contract.
Within a short time, the roofers showed up and began their job. Tear off the old and on with the new! They worked continually, except for a few delays due to the weather. The roof was finished and looked great.
Next came the siding crew. From the start all we heard was corners, which meant matching the siding on each wall making the job a little harder. Along the way other wall problems appeared, but no job was too big for the crew. They worked diligently even with temperatures in the mid 90's. Everyone stood back and said "WOW", and then another "WOW" when the gutters and leaf guards were installed.
Many thanks to Todd and his crew and all of the employees of Kroll Construction for a job well done. It was a pleasure having a group of men with experience to do a great job all work together so well. We are the best looking house on the block!

I usually don't write letters like this, but I just had to this time. Your roofing crew was great! They were very professional. At the same time they were working on our house, the people across the street had another company doing their roof. Same situation - removing the old roof and putting on the new one. If you had watched that other group after seeing Kroll men work, you would have thought that other group was just some guys moonlighting on the side (maybe there were). Kroll men came, got the job done, no swearing (the other guys swore all the time) and the Kroll crew left no mess. Everything was picked up each night. The guys were so nice when they moved the drop-off out so I could get Val's truck out of the back yard. I really appreciated that. They even helped direct me out of the driveway. I want to take this opportunity to rave about my experience with Kroll Construction regarding a roofing job on my home.
Originally when I had begun my research into having my roof replaced, I first found a company that impressed me with its workmanship, but was turned off by the high pressure selling technique of the salesperson. Then I spoke with a coworker of mine who put me in touch with your company. Your presentation was information and your straightforward approach struck me as being so genuine that I had confidence that your company would deal with me honestly. You gave me all the assurances I needed to take on this big financial undertaking of replacing my roof. You explained to me that your work crews would take care to protect my property and if any damage was created by your company, you would take responsibility in repairing it. That was a promise I did not hear from the previous company that I interviewed.
Then came the next best news - your highly competitive price. The savings I received from your company was significant. Certainly you are trying to make a profit but instead of squeezing every cent you could out of me, the customer, it struck me that you were trying to make things work within my budget.
And last of all, I commend your company for its workmanship. The attention to detail was obvious. I am certain that my roof job is built to last for a very long time. The work crew meticulously cleaned my yard to the point that not one nail has yet been found since the job was completed some weeks ago. My wife, who was home at the time the roof was being replaced, said your crew was friendly and courteous. If she had any questions, your crew leader was there to answer all concerns.

Dear Mr. Kroll:
Kroll Construction Company contracted with us to do a vinyl siding job scheduled to begin in early October, 2012. Rather than traditional horizontal siding, we selected vertical siding (board and batten) which is far more complicated to install and extremely labor intensive. The area to be covered was quite large and challenging, the side walls being approximately 45 ft. high. We were very apprehensive as to the outcome.
Our concerns were put to rest as we saw these installers, John Neddo and his assistants, George and Paul, began this project. They are true artisans, especially the creativity of John Naddo and the installation turned out better than we could have envisioned from start to finish.
The sales representative, Mr. Michael Rosner and owner, Mr. Ron Kroll, made regular visits to check the progress of the job and do their own quality assurance checks to assure their high standards were being met. The installers were focused professionals and intent on doing an outstanding job, far surpassing our expectations. Between the talented installers and management oversight, we ended up with an incredibly beautiful job and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
Once the vinyl siding installation was completed, the next day the aluminum gutters were professionally installed and the following day all trash was removed.

We interviewed 4 other major siding installation companies, checked their credentials, numbers of complaints, etc. , with the Better Business Bureau and Kroll Construction had an excellent record. In addition, we visited several Kroll Construction Vinyl siding (board and batten) installations and spoke to 2 of the customers who indicated they were totally satisfied with their installations. And finally, and of great importance, Kroll's pricing was extremely competitive.

I am so happy I called you. My home was built in the 50's and had never been updated. I called Kroll when my upstairs bathroom leaked through the ceiling to my downstairs bathroom. I got all new walls downstairs and a complete remodel upstairs with bright white tiles and a jacuzzi tub. It's so pretty. I feel so pampered! My confidence in Kroll was established. Then, I needed my floors redone in my basement and main floor. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and reasonably. My confidence increased.
At that point, every big project in my house had been done except my kitchen. Since I had found you, a company I could trust, I had my kitchen done too. He kept the work areas as neat as possible and clened up every night resulting in minimal disruption to our household. He kept the work flowing in an organized fashion and confined all of this time to this project until it was finished.

This is a letter of recommendation for salesman Robert Ujkaj, who helped me realize a dream of mine to redo to bath and kitchen. I received three quotes for the work that needed to be done. In the three quotes, the salesman would not do the repairs in my bathroom unless I agreed to gut the room. The sink was rusted, removing it could have damaged the surrounding tile. To gut the bathroom would limit the work needed to be done in the kitchen.
When Robert Ujkaj came to my home I told him that I wanted my bathroom sink replaced. He studied the cabinet, sink and tile and thought it could be possible to replace the sink. I want to write to let you know of the exemplary service provided by Kroll Construction during the purchase and installation of my roof.
I contacted Kroll Construction when I noticed that a some water marks in my garage. I called Kroll Construction and requested a home visit to determine next steps. Kroll came out the same day and surveyed the roof. Surprisingly, I was not told that the roof had to be replaced immediately. I was given a truthful answer that the roof was not in great shape and could last another a few more months or longer however there was no guarantee. I decided to move forward and replace the roof.
Kroll Construction ordered the supplies and set up the repair. The employees that Kroll sent to replace the roof were very courteous and professional. They even repaired the gutters which wasn't part of the work order.
The caliber of people you hire and their commitment to customer service is extremely important when making large dollar purchases. I have since referred several people to Kroll Construction. I have no hesitation in recommending Kroll Construction to others.

I had to consider installation of a new roof. The age of my roof and a hole in the roof by a squirrel made me seek a new roof. I had eight roofing company proposals.
