• Give the roof a good washing down. Try to squeeze in some roof maintenance work during your spring-cleaning. Use a hose to remove moss spots and debris. Repaint what needs to be repainted. Re-oil what needs to be re-oiled so you can keep the roof in excellent shape throughout the year.
